BILL RILEY, CCIM
Designated Broker & Co-Owner
Bill has been in the real estate industry for more than 40 years. His experience includes commercial brokerage, commercial leasing, business brokerage, financial analysis, asset management and property development.
A former member of the Board of Directors of the Maine Council on Franchising and the Maine Commercial Association of Realtors, he was appointed to the Maine Real Estate Commission by former Governor Angus King. Bill served as both a Commission member and as its Chairman. Before concentrating on commercial brokerage, Bill held a State of Maine Certified General Appraisal license and has over 25 years of commercial appraisal experience.
Bill was also named Maine’s Commercial Realtor of the Year for 2000 by the Maine Commercial Association of Realtors. He is a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) and has a Bachelor of Science degree with a concentration in finance.
Bill is a veteran and former officer and commander in the U.S. Army and Maine Army National Guard. He served as a member then chairman of the Board of Trustees of New England Bible College. The Board of Trustees named him the third President of New England Bible College and Grace Evangelical Seminary. A position he served in until the Fall of 2021, retiring after almost 20 years of service to the college.

Molly serves as leasing agent, investment analyst and marketing advisor at Riley Anders.
Prior to forming Riley Anders, she held several management and marketing roles including work developing shopper marketing strategies for some of the largest consumer product companies and retailers including Procter & Gamble, Novartis, Bayer, and Wal-Mart.
Additionally, she spent 10 years marketing and managing business units in the K-12 and college educational market. She holds a bachelor’s degree from Baylor University, a Master’s Degree from Wheaton College and an M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management, Northwestern University. Molly also serves as an education and business instructor at New England Bible College and Grace Evangelical Seminary.

Scott Lawliss is a seasoned professional. His real estate career began in suburban New Jersey, focused primarily on office properties. As an avid sailor, skier and hiker, and after many years of annual visits to family property on Mount Desert Island, Scott decided to move his family to Maine in 2012. Since then he has continued career in commercial brokerage and has become a principal, owning and managing a portfolio of investment properties in the Bangor/Brewer area. He has an MBA in finance from Indiana University.
Scott has a deep understanding of the investment process and the Maine market. He loves talking about real estate and would love to talk to you.
